We also had to create an advertising package based on a real or fictional company/organization. I again chose to do something with rock music and created my package based on the band that I am trying to be a part of back home. We had to make a business card, postcard, and letterhead. The trickiest part for me was probably the guitar itself. The name of the band is based off of a keyblade from the game Kingdom Hearts; ergo, I tried to make the guitar look similar to the keyblade. It was very difficult, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out. Here is a link to my advertising package that I created.
The last project we had was to create a brochure advertising the core curriculum at my university. The hard part about this project was the design itself; I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted to design it. Overall, I think it turned out fairly well. One project that we had to do was a magazine cover. Since I love rock music, I decided to do a cover dealing with this genre. Amy Lee, featured on the cover, is one of my favorite female rock singers, so I decided to put a picture of her on the cover.
